For this impromptu visit to the centre of Brighton (Dan, Greg and Stuart were attending a UX seminar on Web Accessibility) we popped into GBK on Gardner Street. Hilariously, it's right next door to Komedia!

We've all been to GBK, we all know the Bobby Moore. It's all about the burger. They use the freshest ingredients and create some classics as well as some fairly innovative new kids on the block, such as the Kiwiburger (with beetroot, pineapple and fried egg), the Blazing Sombrero (smoked cheddar, chorizo relish and tortilla chips) and the Camemburger (camembert, of course, hash browns and truffle mayo.)

It's also pretty darn reasonable price wise too!

Anyway, Greg decided to skip this little session so it was just Dan and Stuart savouring the burger badness. Dan went for the Blue Cheese Burger and Stuart plumped for the Avocado Bacon. The scores are below and all in all a fairly decent effort from the GBK team.

The burger patty itself was pretty tasty but the integrity of brioche bun was compromised by the sheer volume of filling.

B factor scores were negatively affected by the noise level (too loud for two old gits like Dan & Stu), the time spent waiting for our drinks to arrive and worst of all, the completely pointless and tasteless monkey nuts! I'd love someone to explain to me what these revolting things are for!!
